Titan Protective Services Proposal to Provide Pier Park Attendant RFP No. 18-03-01 <br /> Approach/Methodology <br /> Customer satisfaction is the number one priority for Titan Protective <br /> Services. We pride ourselves on our "Quality First" approach that tailors our <br /> services to meet the needs of a diverse range of customers. We also <br /> integrate SilverTrac technology into our way of work for practical and <br /> functional solutions that make parking management easier. <br /> REFER TO SILVERTRAC TECHNOLOGY OVERVIEW <br /> To ensure that the scope of services being requested by the City of Sunny <br /> Isles for the Pier Park lot are being fulfilled Titan Protective Security <br /> proposes the following work plan: <br /> Operations Manager Responsibilities <br /> Maintain the following operating hours for 16501 Collins Avenue; Monday- <br /> Sunday, 9:00 am — 7:00 pm, and as necessary during special events. <br /> Ensure staff is in place on time by monitoring the work and assigning <br /> special task to be performed. First shift staff schedule: 9:00 am - 2:00 pm; <br /> second shift staff schedule: 2:00 pm — 7:00 am. <br /> Inspect staff and ensure proper uniform and appropriate grooming. <br /> Employees must be professionally groomed as describe in the employee <br /> manual. Male employees are not permitted to wear any type of facial <br /> jewelry (earrings, etc.). Female employees may wear "professional styled" <br /> earrings, provided they are no larger than 1 inch in diameter and no more <br /> than one in each ear. Hair must be professional off of the face. <br /> Inspect all parking equipment to ensure it is in proper working order, and <br /> inspect lot for cleanliness. Remove loose debris and trash, or request <br /> maintenance personnel to do so. Be especially particular in inspecting the <br /> entrance area to the facility. Additionally, inspect facility signage and <br /> directional lettering. Schedule maintenance, repairs or updates, with <br /> approval from property management. Finally, monitor the facility <br /> entrance/exit to ensure smooth traffic flow, and assist any patron with <br /> access difficulties. <br /> Page 125 <br />
