Titan Protective Services Proposal to Provide Pier Park Attendant RFP No. 18-03-01 <br /> Check voice-mail and return calls. Professionally respond to any <br /> complaints from patrons; notify property management staff, if necessary. <br /> Additionally, notify Titan Protective Services Parking senior management of <br /> any issue that needs formal, written response. Report to Titan Protective <br /> Services Parking senior management on a regular basis and/or as <br /> necessary. Report any technical, maintenance, or employee related issues. <br /> Check in with property management for any specific tasks that need to be <br /> performed. Establish appropriate communication with property manager <br /> and on an amicable consistency. Establish a meeting once monthly, at <br /> minimum. Schedule/perform task requests. <br /> Provide orientation training to the parking lot personnel on directions to <br /> building entrances, directions to outgoing customers on local landmarks, <br /> streets, and interstate highways by providing maps and brochures (if <br /> applicable) and also by looking up in Internet for them. <br /> Process payroll every other Monday (or subsequent business day). Verify <br /> hours recorded match hours worked by each employee. Adjust accordingly <br /> and return to Human Resources. Include any Status Change forms with <br /> payroll. Submit separation notices on a timely basis, with no more than four <br /> days' delay; prepare a monthly report detailing active cards, average <br /> parkers per day, or any additional information as required by property <br /> management. <br /> Lot Attendant Responsibilities <br /> Attendants must arrive on schedule and ready to begin work. Required <br /> uniforms must be properly pressed and clean prior to each shift. During <br /> each shift, attendant must maintain an exceptional level of customer <br /> service to all parking customers at 16501 Collins Avenue, upon entering <br /> and exiting the facility. Attendants must be fully trained and qualified on all <br /> equipment that pertains to their daily duties, and are responsible for <br /> cleaning and maintaining their work stations. At the end of each shift <br /> attendants must fill out their shift transaction report, to be dropped in the <br /> office managers safe located in the office.
