Titan Protective Services Proposal to Provide Pier Park Attendant RFP No. 18-03-01 <br /> Maintenance (Optional) <br /> The following operations shall be performed on an as necessary basis. <br /> Preventive maintenance of traffic control equipment, related computers and <br /> software by the Parking manager or assistant manager; management of <br /> computers and software as determined by the lot manager or property <br /> management by a qualified technician. <br /> Maintenance shall immediately report to Parking Operations Manager: <br /> • Damage to or malfunction of building entrance/exit gates. <br /> • Malfunction or outages of lighting or illuminated signs. <br /> Daily Maintenance Tasks <br /> All tasks will be monitored by the Parking Operations Manager. <br /> Trash, objects and debris removal from the parking deck, as well as all the <br /> stairwells. Check and verify proper operation of all lighting, and all <br /> illuminated signs. Look for: 1) cars with lights left on, 2) cars still running, 3) <br /> improperly parked cars, and 4) odd people walking around the lot. <br /> Maintenance Schedule (optional additional service) <br /> Part-time maintenance worker can be on-site from 10:00 am — 2:00 pm, <br /> Monday through Friday. Below is a timeline of the scope of work to be <br /> performed during that time: <br /> • 10:00 — 10:55 AM: Check all trash cans, change trash as needed, <br /> (no more than half-full). Walk & clean all common areas focusing <br /> primarily on areas around trash cans, entrances and exits. <br /> • 11:05 — 11 :30 AM: Clean all parking equipment, cashier booths <br /> which includes: gates, ticket spitters, trash cans in booths, and <br /> windows. <br /> • 11:30 AM — 12:00 PM: Thorough walk-through cleaning all trash & <br /> debris <br /> • 12:00 — 2:00 PM: Check and empty all trash cans if need be, walk <br /> entire garage cleaning trash and debris, sweep. <br /> • 2:00 PM: Check in with Ops Manager before shift ends. <br /> • Every Tuesday: From 7am to 8am blow and clean, removing all <br /> leaves, trash, and debris at entrance/exit ramp from top to bottom. <br /> Maintenance Checklist: <br /> • Were all gates functioning properly? <br /> • Were gates level and painted? <br /> Page 127 <br />
