At 9 a.m. <br /> when the first shift attendant arrives, all meters will be checked to ensure <br /> they are properly functioning. Parking equipment will be checked to ensure <br /> proper functionality. <br /> Property Auditing Procedures <br /> An audit on all attendants will be done on a weekly basis. A full shift report <br /> will be printed usinfg the Silvertrac Reporting System. All validations, <br /> tickets, and violation checked for accuracy. A secondary shift report will be <br /> printed from the central computer in the Operations Manager office, and <br /> double checked for accuracy/discrepancies. Should there be any <br /> discrepancies found during the audit appropriate disciplinary actions will be <br /> taken. <br /> Lot Closing Procedures <br /> At 7p.m., second shift attendant will log off the PDA. A shift report will <br /> automatically generated and the attendant will complete a Daily Activity <br /> Report. Meters will be checked again to ensure they are in good condition. <br /> Booths will be locked at the end of the second shift. <br /> Page 128 <br />
