OUTHRRRK MRNRGGMENT <br />Approach /Methodology <br />Southpark Management will only staff senior employees to manage the <br />parking facility. A site lot manager will work at the facility and report directly to <br />the Area Manager. All scheduling will be done by site lot manager will the <br />approval of Area Manager and Director of Operations. <br />Site lot manager will be responsible to cover call outs or requested day off <br />by other lot attendants.
