SOUTHRRRK Mt= NRGEMENT <br />Parking Solutions <br />The safety of Company employees, the public, and the protection of their property are important <br />concerns. To that end, vehicles shall be operated in a safe manner and in compliance with all pertinent <br />state and federal laws. <br />All employees will drive cautiously and courteously, and obey speed limits and other pertinent state and <br />federal laws and regulations at all times. <br />Immediate dismissal for unacceptable behavior, such as: <br />• Documented rudeness to customers <br />• Observed unsafe handling of a vehicle <br />• Threatening behavior <br />• Employee Theft <br />• Not reporting accidents to your supervisor <br />The Company only employs staff that that meet the approved driver criteria described below. <br />Approved drivers: <br />• Must at a minimum, be 18 years of age, although 22 years of age is preferred. <br />• Must possess valid state drivers license, not expired or suspended and with no pending Failures <br />to Appear (FTA). <br />• Must have dependable transportation to get to and from work. <br />• Must have good driving skills. <br />• Must have a clean-cut appearance. <br />• Cannot have a major* or capitol** violation on their driving record, no more than one at fault <br />accident of any type in the last three years, and no more than two moving violations in the last <br />three years. <br />• Must have good customer relations and people skills. <br />* Includes driving while under the influence of drugs or alcohol, reckless driving resulting in bodily injury <br />or property damage, or negligent homicide. <br />** Includes driving after a driver's license has been suspended, murder or assault with a motor vehicle, <br />theft of a motor vehicle, hit and run, operating a vehicle after the registration has been revoked, or using <br />a false or fictitious driver's license or registration plates. <br />15122 <br />
