• <br /> - A • _ • <br /> r _ <br /> SECURITY SERVICES <br /> • <br /> Contractor shall provide: <br /> • 1 or more uniformed bilingual attendants with clearly visible name badges to cover <br /> aforementioned hours/days at said location (English and Spanish preferred). <br /> o Prior to commencement of operational services, the Contractor shall submit a description of <br /> the uniforms proposed to be worn by on-site personnel for Project Manager approval. <br /> • Operating supplies for attendants to include a "Lot Full" sign <br /> • Hourly rate shall be all inclusive <br /> Invoice on bimonthly or monthly basis-must be itemized to include hours, days, and attendants <br /> names. Services to be billed on hourly services rendered to City. <br /> • Contracted hourly rate if City needs additional attendants for events or special circumstances <br /> • Background checks for attendants <br /> • Provide a point of contact (account rep) that can be contacted at all times and has direct <br /> access to attendants on site <br /> • Schedule of assigned attendants (on a weekly or biweekly basis) <br /> FPI Security Services will provide(1)unarmed security officer to perform the duties of a parking lot <br /> attendant. FPI will provide a "Lot Full"sign as described in this section for the use of the officer. We <br /> fully understand the schedule requested and are fully capable of covering the request. <br /> Attendant(s): <br /> • • Must be fluent in English and be able to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing. <br /> • Must have at minimum a high school diploma or G.E.D. <br /> • Must behave in a professional and respectful manner at all times. <br /> • Shall direct patrons to pay meter <br /> • Shall display "Lot Full" sign when needed, and enforce local and emergency traffic only when <br /> sign is posted. Enforce no deliveries at all times. Communicate any enforcement issues to the <br /> City, working with police and parking enforcement. <br /> • Shall provide Customer Service as it pertains to location (beach hours, lifeguard information, <br /> Pier entrance fees), parking procedures, additional parking options, and City rules and <br /> regulations <br /> • Attendant shall communicate to contract manager within a minimum of 48 hour notice, if for <br /> any reason scope of work cannot be performed, including late arrival of attendant or if <br /> attendant must leave premises prior to designated time <br /> • Shall control traffic coming in/out of lot <br /> • Shall be neatly groomed in an approved uniform, with a visible name tag and properly <br /> equipped at all time. <br /> FPI Security Services takes pride in maintain high standards of service in the security industry. All <br /> attendants will meet or exceed the above requirements. <br />
