SECURITY . SERVICES . . . 3.4 ADDITIONAL SCOPE OF SERVICES The City reserves the right to add and/or remove personnel, schedule of hours or services as deemed in the best interest of the City. FPI Security Services understands this provision of the RFP and is fully capable of providing additional services, if needed. 3.5 PERSONNEL REPLACEMENT The City shall have the final approval as to which attendant may be assigned to City facilities. The City reserves the right to request to remove and replace any attendant who, in the City's sole discretion, does not meet the City's professionalism requirements, is not in compliance with the requirements of this Solicitation, and/or appears incapable of performing assigned duties. Any attendant that the City requests to be removed shall be replaced within 48 hours during the term of the Contract. Attendants reporting to work under the influence of alcohol or any illegal substance or out of uniform will not be allowed to stay on duty. The awarded contractor will be responsible for the immediate replacement of the attendant and shall staff the post until the next scheduled attendant arrives for duty. We understand that not all employees perform as expected. In the event an employee does not meet our standards, they will be replaced immediately. We also understand that our employees will represent the City of Sunny Isles Beach while on duty. For this reason, we will immediately remove any ® employee immediately at the request of City personnel.
