<br />City of Sunny Isles Beach |Request for Proposals Disaster Debris Monitoring No. 18-04-03 24 <br /> <br />3.2.4. TDMS Monitor /Tower Monitors – Disposal tower/site monitors will be located <br />at the entrance to the TDMS or landfill where the inspection tower is located. They will be <br />responsible for estimating and recording the CY of debris in appropriate location on the <br />lower portion of the load ticket for all incoming debris-hauling vehicles. <br /> <br />3.2.5. Debris Site Security – Unarmed and non-sworn security at TDMSs and Drop-Off <br />Sites during all the hours of operations that the sites are active for debris removal and <br />management, as directed by the City. <br /> <br />3.2.6. GIS Specialist – Responsible for coordinating GIS application with City GIS staff <br />members. <br /> <br />3.2.7. Data Entry – Responsible for tracking, verifying, and entering load tickets into a <br />data-base application, digitizing source documentation. <br /> <br />3.2.8. Data Manager - Responsible for overseeing the processing of load ticket <br />information and ensure documentation is maintained in accordance with all federal, state <br />and local requirements. <br /> <br />3.2.9. FEMA Reimbursement Manager - Manages the preparation and submittal of <br />FEMA documentation. <br /> <br /> Consultant’s TDMS personnel must wear OSHA-required safety equipment whenever on a <br />TDMS and must adhere to all federal and applicable safety standards requirements. Field <br />personnel shall be identifiable with safety vests and vehicle placards. <br /> <br /> The Project Manager shall be on call twenty-four (24) hours per day, seven (7) days per <br />week, and shall be available by cell phone. In the event normal communication (telephone, <br />cell phone, radio, etc.) is unavailable, Consultant shall provide its Project Manager with a <br />reliable means of communication (satellite radio, satellite telephone, etc.) with the City. <br /> <br /> Consultant’s Project Manager shall coordinate daily with the Contract Manager and DMC, <br />and shall comply with all directions and guidance provided by Federal or State <br />representatives. <br /> <br /> Consultant must attend any and all meetings required by the Contract Manager to evaluate <br />the debris removal and disposal operations. <br /> <br /> <br />
