References <br /> <br /> The Consultant must provide three (3) verifiable references, if applicable indicate <br />municipalities/local governments, for projects of similar scope as outlined in this RFP. <br />Please ensure the contact information provided is up to date and accessible The <br />information provided for the references must include: <br /> Name of the firm for which services were/or are being provided <br /> Name of reference (project manager) <br /> Type of account and services provided, the year services started and, if <br />applicable, ended. <br /> Phone number and updated e-mail address for reference (project manager). <br /> <br />7. Personnel Experience and Qualifications <br /> <br />Provide the following information: <br />• Firm’s background, including the number of years the firm has been involved with disaster <br />debris monitoring; principals of the company; organization of the management team; and the <br />firm’s history and experience working with debris removal companies or major <br />subcontractor(s). <br />• List the name, title or position and project duties of those persons who will have a <br />management or senior position working with the City if awarded this contract. For each <br />individual, include a resume or summary of qualifications and experience that demonstrates <br />the person’s knowledge and understanding of the types of services to be performed. <br />• Provide documentation that demonstrates the firm’s knowledge of Federal, State, and local <br />laws and regulations governing this type of work and familiarity with FEMA, NR cS, FHWA, <br />FDOT, FDEP and other Federal, State and local regulatory agencies. <br />• Description of the firm’s experience and success in filling and receiving Federal (FEMA, FHWA, <br />etc.) and State reimbursements for disaster recovery work. <br /> Additionally, the proposal should specifically address: <br /> <br /> a. Data Management platform to be used and resulting report availability <br /> 1. Sample reports <br /> b. Other technology options and capabilities <br /> c. Personnel provided for: <br /> 1. TDMS locations <br /> 2. Field Monitors <br /> 3. Supervisory and Administrative Support <br /> 4. Consultant’s Project Manager assigned to the City
