Prog-ram Manager shall enure that <br />load tickets meet the requirements of FEMA and other Federal, State, or local reimbursement <br />agencies. Program Manager shall provide, upon request of <br />the City and/or no later than project closeout, a release of lien demonstrating that all <br />subcontractors to Project Manager have been fully paid. Contractor', Program Manager will provide <br />any other additional Information as may be necessary to adequately document the conduct of the <br />debris management operations for the City.
