Contractor's Program Manager shall provide data management and Support to the City during the emergengy recover yr effort including, but not limited tv-, the following: Each load ticket shall contain the following information: Prima- Contractor name. Within thirty (30) days of final inspection and/or closeout of the project by the City, Program Manager shall Prepare and submit a detailed description of all debris management activities in an electronic spreadsheet, to include, but not limited to, the total volume by type of debris hauled, reduced and/or disposed; final disposal locations and amounts of the debris delivered to each; and the total cost of the project invoiced to the City. Program Manager shall provide, upon request of the City and/or no later than project closeout, a release of lien demonstrating that all subcontractors to Project Manager have been fully paid. Contractor', Program Manager will provide any other additional Information as may be necessary to adequately document the conduct of the debris management operations for the City.
