PERKINS+WILL <br /> MEETING SCHEDULE <br /> Based on the proposed design schedule described above, we have assumed the following maximum number of <br /> greetings. and presentations calculated into our fee: <br /> Schematic Design 1 Meeting with the City, 1 Commission Resentation <br /> Client Review and Approval of Design and Cost 1 Meeting with the City <br /> Design Development 2 Meetings with the City <br /> Construction Docurrents 1 Meeting with the City, <br /> Review and Approval of Design and Cost (final before permit) ri Meeting with the City, I Commission Resentation <br /> *A minimum of 6 additional Skype/Conference calls with the client during the design process <br /> The City of Sunny Isles Beach Owner's Representative w ill be included in all correspondence and meeting schedules <br /> related to this project including City, County and DOT agencies having jurisdiction. <br /> BUDGET <br /> Our intention regarding budget would be to conceptually design the pedestrian bridge using quality materials and <br /> sympathetic with the design direction of the existing Government Center and the proposed Expansion. The <br /> Construction Manager would then estimate the cost of the design and w e w ill present the design solution and cost <br /> estimate to the client for review,corrment and approval. <br /> 1-Its AND EXPENSES <br /> We w ill provide the architectural and engineering services for the pedestrian bridge based on the follow fee <br /> schedule: <br /> Architectural Design Fee <br /> Concepts through Construction Documents and Including Construction Administration $185,000* <br /> Engineering and Landscape Consultants Fee <br /> MEP Engineering $40,000* <br /> Structural Engineering $100,000* <br /> Civil Engineering $20,000* <br /> Landscape Architecture NA <br /> Total Architectural and Engineering Fee $345,000* <br /> Note:We estimate reimbursable expenses for printing,mileage,messenger services,etc.at$7500 <br /> FEE PERCENTAGES PER PHASE: <br /> Schematic Design 25% <br /> Design Development 25% <br /> Construction Documents 25% <br /> Permitting (City of Sunny Isles Beach, Munro-Dade County, DOT) 5% <br /> Construction Administration 20% <br /> Total: 100% <br /> *Coordination with the Department of Transportation (DOT) and other regulatory agencies having jurisdiction over <br /> Collins Avenue w ill be billed as an hourly expense for the Architect and Engineering Consultants as these traditionally <br /> carry longer durations and multiple meetings throughout the design process. The Civil fee does not include utility <br /> relocation fees w hich w ill be quoted once locations are established. <br /> The Client shall compensate Perkins+Will for professional services rendered in connection with this specific project for <br /> the stipulated lurrp sum. All services shall be billed upon percentage of completion. Payments shall be made to <br /> Perkins+Will within 30 days of the receipt of invoices. Services required and requested by the Client w hich are outside <br /> the scope of this proposal w ill be billed hourly or as mutually agreed. <br /> The above professional fees do not include reimbursable expenses. Reimbursable expenses include all expenses <br /> incurred in connection with the project w hich include travel, lodging, meals, printing, long distance phone calls in <br /> connection with the project, photos, models, renderings, and any fees paid to authorities having jurisdiction over the <br /> perkinswill.com <br />
