Staffing <br /> <br />Relevant experience and qualifications of key personnel, including key personnel of <br />subcontractors, that will be assigned to this project and experience and qualifications of <br />subcontractors <br /> <br />• The size and experience of the company staff pool from which staff assigned to <br />the management contract can be drawn <br /> Minimum hiring qualifications <br /> The composition of the staff team that will be assigned to the contract <br /> The names of the employees in the area responsible for this contract <br /> Their function in the compa ny. <br /> The name of the person who will be responsible for the coordination of work. <br /> Experience and qualifications of staff and satisfactory record of performance of <br />staff <br /> Each Bid must identify the name(s) and address(es) of all Subcontractors, suppliers <br />and other persons and organizations including those who are to furnish the <br />principal items of material and equipment. If requested by City after Bid Opening <br />and before Award, the successful bidder shall submit to City additional detail on <br />any or all Subcontractors or Suppliers including without limitation, pertinent <br />information regarding similar projects, and other evidence of qualification for each <br />such Subcontractor, Supplier, other persons or organization. If City, after due <br />investigation has reasonable objection to any proposed Subcontractor, Supplier, <br />other persons or organization, may request the successful Bidder submit an <br />acceptable substitute without an increase in Bid price. <br /> <br />4. Approach / Methodology <br /> <br />Proposers approach methodology to providing the services requested in this solicitation <br /> <br /> Suitability of the methodologies and approaches used in achieving tasks <br /> Overall organization to completing the project <br /> Ability to meet desired timelines and deadlines <br /> Work plan explaining how they intend on meeting the established deadlines. <br /> Please submit training/safety manuals and/or methodology required by staff <br /> <br />5. References <br /> <br />Each Proposer must submit a list of three (3) references of Current and Past Customers, <br />preferably government agencies of which they have provided services similar in scope <br />and size of those described herein. No staff at the City of Sunny Isles Beach shall be listed <br />as a reference. <br /> Each Reference must be supplied on Client’s Letterhead <br /> Each Reference letter must be signed with contact person and phone number. <br /> Local References are preferred. <br />
