  <br />CITY OF SUNNY ISLES BEACH SECTION 01300 - 1 <br />SUBMITTALS <br />  <br />SECTION 01300 <br />SUBMITTALS <br />PART 1 - GENERAL <br />1.1 REQUIREMENTS INCLUDED <br />A. This section provides an overview of the submittals expected during the course of the <br />CONTRACT. All submittals, whether their final destination is to the OWNER, ENGINEER <br />or other representatives of the OWNER, shall be directed through the OWNER. This list <br />is not all inclusive, the OWNER, ENGINEER, Permitting Agencies or other specifications <br />throughout this contract may require additional submittals. Transmit each submittal with a form acceptable to the OWNER, clearly identifying the <br />project, the submittal number, the CONTRACTOR, the items included in the submittal, <br />corresponding specification sections and drawing sheet numbers, and other pertinent <br />information specified in other parts of this Section. <br /> <br />B. Revise and resubmit submittals as required. Identify all changes made since previous <br />submittals. Resubmittals shall be noted as such. <br /> <br />C. Distribute copies of reviewed submittals to concerned parties. Instruct parties to promptly <br />report any inability to comply with provisions. <br />
