  <br />CITY OF SUNNY ISLES BEACH SECTION 01300 - 3 <br />SUBMITTALS <br />  <br />is current and accurate and is properly and timely monitored, updated, and revised as <br />project conditions and the Contract Documents may require. The OWNER may require <br />a certain order in which activities should be sequenced to minimize disruption of outside <br />contract activities with city staff, consultants, contractors, businesses and residents. In <br />this case the Contractor shall determine the sequence of activities based upon the <br />OWNER’s requirements. <br /> <br />F. Notwithstanding anything contained herein to the contrary, the OWNER and ENGINEER <br />shall not in any way be responsible for the Construction Progress Schedule, nor the <br />manner, means, timing, or sequencing of the Work and shall have no liability to <br />Contractor, OWNER, or any other party for same, as the OWNER and ENGINEER have <br />not participated in the generation of any Construction Progress Schedule. Contractor <br />hereby releases the OWNER and ENGINEER from all such liability. <br /> <br />G. Coordinate and prepare the delivery and processing of submittals with the performance <br />of the Work so that the Work is not delayed by submittals. Coordinate and sequence <br />different categories of submittals for the same Work, and for interfacing units of Work, so <br />that one is not delayed for coordination with another. <br />1.4 SCHEDULE OF SUBMITTALS <br />A. A Submittal Schedule shall be provided by the CONTRACTOR within 10 (ten) days of <br />the Notice to Proceed. This schedule shall be in the form of a PDF file and outline <br />preconstruction submittals, shop drawings and product data, product samples and any <br />other submittals required in the contract. <br /> <br />B. The format of the Submittal Schedule shall include, at a minimum, the following for each <br />item: <br />1. Date submitted to owner <br />2. Specification Section, Page and Paragraph <br />3. Submittal Description <br />4. Action: <br />a. Approved as Submitted <br />b. Approved as Noted <br />c. Approved as Noted Re-Submit <br />d. Rejected Re-Submit <br />e. Corrections Noted Re-Submit <br />5. Date returned to Contractor <br /> <br />C. The Submittal Schedule shall be updated with each submittal
