t.
Approach / Methodology
Jaffer's approach to a new construction project is to assign the
team that will manage the project. Typically, the preliminary team
consists of the Project Manager, the Production Manager, and the
Drilling Superintendent. Everyone will review the schedule and cost
estimate, prepare review comments,. and offer value engineering
suggestions. We believe the team approach and front-end planning
is vital to a successful project.
A more specific approach to this project is outlined in the bullets
below.
• Request a preconstruction meeting with the city to
discuss all concerns the city might have.
• Video each well
• Mobilize (1 or 2) rigs depending on impact to residents
• In Addition to truck mounted drill rigs Jaffer has a mini
skid mounted drill rig that offers a minimal impact to
residents. Picture attached Appendix F
• Clean each well and well box
• Isolate cleaned wells with a pass through well plug for
video
• Tide Flex valves will be installed from the water side
This project is located inside a community and it's important to
the City, and Jaffer, to minimize the impact on the people living within
the confines of the project. Teamwork, planning, and common sense
allows us to be successful in the completion of our work in a timely
and cost-efficient manner. Our professional and licensed personnel,
and their vast years of experience, provides a safe, professional
environment in the field and the office.
References are included in Appendix G
