It is a good baseline used by many Counties in procuring professional services. I <br /> have included those guidelines with this letter. <br /> We estimate the cost to redesign the garage and shell space to be $826,130. This fee would include <br /> revised contract documents, permitting, and construction administration services.The information I have <br /> provided above, is only an estimate of design costs based on the information we have been provided. <br /> The below the line additional services items and expenses costs are based on our professional opinion <br /> and on other similar projects.These items would need further discussion and development. <br /> You also asked about design-build projects and the information that the Owner should be provided by <br /> the design builder. Typically, in design build projects, the Owner enters into an agreement with the <br /> design builder regarding scope of work and the cost of the work.
