15. Provide adequate Electrical, Plumbing, and Mechanical rough-ins to prepare the 16,000 <br /> square feet of ground floor space, to accommodate the final occupational use of the <br /> space. <br /> 16. Design a 10' public corridor along the North side of the 16,000 square feet of ground <br /> floor space, at the Center of the garage facility. Include 2 separate glassed-in store <br /> fronts for ingress and egress into the 16,000 square foot space. Likewise, provide 2 <br /> service entrances leading to the corridor. Within this corridor, design an additional 10' <br /> secured service corridor mid-way, which will cut thru the underside of the ramp portion <br /> of the parking garage. This service corridor will provide pickup and delivery service to <br /> the North side of the building. <br /> 17. Move the Southeast elevator/stair tower to the Northeast area of the building to <br /> provide a better park view for the enclosed space. <br /> 18. The Heritage parking garage has two 2,500 pound 7' by 5' elevator lifts. We would <br /> prefer 2 lifts similar to this design. The 3 stair shafts under the current design would be <br /> adequate. <br /> 19. Provide a 21' by 220' plaza area along the south side of the 16,000 square feet of <br /> ground floor space to accommodate approximately 4,500 square feet of outdoor patio <br /> seating area. <br /> 20. Finished park bathrooms to remain the same as the original calculations and design <br /> separate roughed out bathrooms for enclosed facility space to meet the minimum of an <br /> assembly use area. <br /> 21. Finished ground floor elevation to be 8'(NGVD 1929,) 1 foot above FEMA's Flood Plain. <br /> 22. Provide Handicap accessibility and egress from street sidewalk area to all enclosed areas <br /> of the parking garage. <br /> 23. Structural ground floor slab to be designed utilizing interior piles and grade beams. <br /> 24. Create sidewalk access on the North side of parking garage to pedestrian bridge and <br /> park/playground area. <br /> 25. Provide gated fence area on the East side of parking garage allowing for the closure of <br /> the park, leaving the egress going in and out of the parking garage/enclosed area open <br /> at all times. <br /> • 26. Provide Office space similar to the original design. <br /> 27. Provide all other enclosed areas of the original design on this design as allowed and any <br /> remaining usable space under the ramp for storage <br /> 28. Provide future concession stand area similar to the original design. <br /> 29. Create façade on North/East/South side of the garage. (Not a screen type as the one <br /> used on Heritage parking garage) <br /> 30. Solid crash wall/security barrier on top deck sloped or angled with no eyebrows for <br /> sitters. <br /> 31. Building to have fire sprinkler system throughout. <br /> 32. Provide enclosed Dumpster/Trash room on the North side, near the service corridor. <br /> 33. Service entrance should coincide to the dumpster/service corridor area. <br /> 34. Wiring and conduit for security cameras. <br />
