I <br /> SECTION 01200 <br /> IPROJECT MEETINGS <br /> PART 1 - GENERAL <br /> ' 1.01 REQUIREMENTS INCLUDED <br /> A. The Engineer shall schedule and administer pre-construction meetings, periodic <br /> I progress meetings, and specially called meetings throughout the progress of <br /> work. The Engineer shall: <br /> I1. Prepare agenda for meetings. <br /> 2. Make physical arrangements for meetings. <br /> I3. Preside at meetings. <br /> I4. Record the minutes; include significant proceedings and decisions. <br /> 5. Reproduce and distribute copies of minutes within five working days after <br /> I each meeting. <br /> a. To participants in the meeting. <br /> b. To parties affected by decisions made at the meeting. <br /> IB. Representatives of contractors, subcontractors and suppliers attending meetings <br /> shall be qualified and authorized to act on behalf of the entity each represents. <br /> IC. The Contractor shall attend meetings to ascertain that work is executed <br /> consistent with Contract Documents and construction schedules. <br /> I1.02 RELATED REQUIREMENTS <br /> A. Location: A central site, convenient for all parties designated by the Owner. <br /> I3. Attendance: <br /> a. Owner's Representative. <br /> b. Engineer and his Professional Consultants. <br /> c.
