B. Format of listings: The chronological order of the start of each item of work for <br /> each structure. <br /> C. Identification of listings: By major specification section numbers as applicable <br /> and structure. <br /> 1.04 CONTENT OF SCHEDULES <br /> A. Construction Progress Schedule: <br /> 1. Show the complete sequence of construction by activity. <br /> 2. Show the dates for the beginning of, and completion of, each major <br /> element of construction in no more than a two-week increment scale. <br /> Specifically list, but not limited to: <br /> a. Receiving Materials <br /> b. Pipeline Installations <br /> c. Testing <br /> d. Restoration <br /> e. Startup <br /> ' f. Record Drawings <br /> g. Permits <br /> h. Punch List <br /> i. Owner Activities, Including Inspections <br /> 3. Show projected percentage of completion for each item, as of the first of <br /> ' each month. <br /> 4. Show projected dollar cash flow requirements for each month of <br /> ' construction. <br /> 5. Use of float suppression techniques such as preferential sequencing or <br /> logic, special lead/lag logic restraints, and extended activity times are <br /> prohibited, and use of float time disclosed or implied by use of alternate <br /> float-suppression techniques shall be shared to proportionate benefit of <br /> the Owner and Contractor. <br /> 6. Pursuant to above float-sharing requirement, no time extensions will be <br /> granted nor delay damages paid until a delay occurs which (i) impacts <br /> Project's critical path, (ii) consumes available float or contingency time, <br /> and (iii) extends work beyond contract completion date. <br /> 7. If the Contractor provides an accepted schedule with an early completion <br /> date, the Owner reserves the right to reduce the duration of the work to <br /> match the early completion date by issuing a deductive Change Order at <br /> no change in Contract Price. <br /> 1 <br /> 05/08 01310-2 05-4893 <br />
