Engineer will be Owner's representative <br /> Contract Documents. during the construction period. The duties and <br /> I responsibilities and the limitations of authority of <br /> 8.06 Insurance Engineer as Owner's representative during <br /> construction are set forth in the Contract Documents <br /> A. On the basis of such visits and <br /> any failure of Contractor to comply with Laws and observations, Engineer will keep Owner informed of <br /> Regulations applicable to the performance of the the progress of the Work and will endeavor to guard <br /> Work. Owner will not be responsible for Contractor's Owner against defective Work. <br /> I failure to perform the Work in accordance with the <br /> Contract Documents. B.
