Mr. Peterson coordinates the functions of all of the departments and <br /> receives progress reports from these offices and from the sales department on a weekly <br /> basis. Our general manager also ensures the Project Manager has all of the resources <br /> necessary to complete the projects. Resources are generally obtained from the main <br /> office. <br /> Mr. Peterson has over 25 years of experience on integrated = l' 4 mom <br /> system projects. His duties include the <br /> preparation of all proposals and responsibility for the entire sales of all departments <br /> within the company and overall client communications. In addition, Mr. DuPriest <br /> handles the financial reporting and analysis within the corporation. <br /> Mr. DuPriest was formerly the General Manager of I 1' <br /> SimplexGrinnell in Miami where he was responsible for n. p. <br /> over$15M/year in complete systems and services. t; .i 5.iv <br /> Before that, he was the manager for Siemens in Miami. ?Q 1tJ, . 1— <br /> Telecommunications Manager - Mr. Roger Watkins, RCDD/BICSI, has overall <br /> responsibility for the installation of network fiber optics, cable, and telecommunications <br /> equipment. In addition to his weekly reports to Mr. Peterson, he communicates with Mr. <br /> Carias (A&D Department) regarding job progress and any installation issues that need to <br /> be discussed. In addition, he is in constant contact with the foremen to assure that the <br /> installation personnel are receiving the proper technical support. Mr. Watkins is a <br /> Registered Communications Cabling Designer (RCDD). <br /> _ <br /> Mr. Watkins has been with us for over 7 years and <br /> manages all School Board of Broward County projects. _ <br /> He has a large amount of network, structured cable, and • <br /> telecommunications experience and was a consultant in 1' <br /> the cabling industry for years. <br />
