State of Oklahoma,Office of Emergency Management—2010-2016: DP&O Developed and <br /> Implemented Statewide Debris Management Plan including the following Disasters <br /> (DR1876, DR1917, DR1988): <br /> Developed FEMA approved Oklahoma Statewide Comprehensive Debris Management Plan <br /> (DMP) in 2011 and performed annual update, training and exercises as required, and included a <br /> DMP template for Oklahoma Cities to utilize for Debris Management Planning. <br /> 2007-2016 On behalf of OEM DP&O Prepared 14 appeals and eligibility analysis for Categories <br /> A thru G appeals. Including cities of Eufaula and Savana Oklahoma which were awarded all <br /> appealed amounts on first appeal, and applicants received all money in 2008. <br /> Oklahoma OEM, Contact: <br /> Kathleen Shingledecker, former OEM Recovery and Infrastructure Branch Director now <br /> with FEMA Headquarters (202) 702-3020; (405)-365- 4061; <br /> Kathleenshingledecker0l@gmail.com <br /> 3. Miami Springs, Fl.-2006-2017- developed Debris Management Plan and performed yearly <br /> updates and annual City-wide training of DMP with Emergency Operations Procedure (EOPs); <br /> performed hazard vulnerability analysis, updated Comprehensive Emergency Management Plan <br /> and developed Emergency Operating Procedures per ICS structure and performed exercises and <br /> training per EOP's. <br /> 2006 and 2007- DP&O (Former DO&T) provided Expert Witness and consulting services, <br /> 250,000 + cy to resolve disaster reimbursement problems from previous disasters Hurricane <br /> Charlie, Jeannne, and Frances for Category A. This included Waste Management and records <br /> research and reconnaissance with loading tickets, ticket ledgers, disposal and reduction records; <br /> all daily logs, truck certifications, and contractor and subcontractor invoices. <br /> 2006-2011 Performed 1-'EMA Program Assistance with close out and audit issues from previous <br /> 2004 and 2005 disasters to resolve disaster reimbursement problems with Project worksheets <br /> Categories A-G, including all site inspections, project reimbursement tracking. DP&O (former <br /> DP&O) detailed audit trail for all response and recovery costs and tracked reimbursement <br /> payments received.
