® • Upon request by the City's Contract Manager, DP&O will provide Aerial Photographs of <br /> debris site. Photographs will be extremely sharp and clear containing reference boundaries for <br /> location identification. DP&O may have to take several photographs to produce one acceptable <br /> quality photograph. If the photographs delivered are not of sufficient quality, as determined by <br /> the city's administrator, the city will not be obligated to pay for the flight and photographs. If <br /> DP&O and city agree, photos may be retaken at DP&O's expense. Photographs will be <br /> delivered to the city within 5 business days of order, weather permitting. <br /> • Assist the City in obtaining any necessary permits, licenses and certificates as may be required <br /> to perform debris management work and in clarifying and resolving any compliance issues. <br /> • Provide training to City staff as directed by the Project Manager. <br /> • Be prepared with appropriate supervisors, staff, and watercraft to oversee clearing of debris <br /> from canals and waterways. <br /> DP&O can provide other disaster recovery services as follows: <br /> Document Management System Development DP&O brings exceptional capabilities in <br /> developing a document management system that aligns with the reimbursement process for <br /> multiple funding agencies and is setup to make the closeout and auditing process seamless.
