Material deposited into this facility will be inventoried and stabilized. Any leaking containers <br /> will be placed in "over pack drums". If site segregation <br /> is required because of mixed loads, the separation will reflect the six categories cited below. Each of the following categories of <br /> debris will be dealt with in full compliance with the CrowderGulf Environmental Plan and local, state and federal standards: <br /> • Clean, vegetative debris <br /> • Vegetative debris containing other foreign matter <br /> • Construction and Demolition (C&D) Debris <br /> • Salvageable or recyclable debris <br /> • White Goods, e-goods <br /> • Hazardous or toxic materials/waste <br /> Vegetative debris will be placed into two or more piles (no more than 15' high) which will allow for volume reduction without <br /> interfering with the ongoing dumping operation or until the dumping and/or reduction operations are complete.As directed by the <br /> City's representative, all construction and demolition (C&D) debris will be hauled directly to a certified landfill or prepared for <br /> reduction or recycling if feasible.White goods will be degassed,crushed and bailed for sale as scrap metal. <br /> i .. <br /> • <br /> • <br /> i 70 <br />
