<br /> of Tallahassee and Leon County. Most recently, she and her team worked to invoice and reconcile 82 Million Dollars for

<br /> extensive knowledge on FEMA policy and procedure. Mrs. Ryals is a Licensed and Certified Alabama Emergency Manager; and
