I <br /> OPERATIONS MANAGER <br /> The Senior Management together with the Project Management Team will assign and provide a DRC Operations <br /> Manager to The City of Sunny Isles Beach. The Operations Manager will henceforth be on call and available to <br /> respond to the Contracting Officer 24 hours a day, 7 days a week throughout the life of the Task Order. The DRC <br /> Operations Manager will have full electronic linkage to City via cell phone,satellite phone,internet,and/or two-way <br /> radios. <br /> OPERATIONAL PLANS <br /> Within 3 days of Task Order,DRC will furnish the contracting officer with a Management/Operations plan specific to <br /> the Task Order,with Site Specific Safety Plan. DRC will also furnish the client with a complete Subcontracting Plan <br /> listing all subcontractors. <br /> MEASUREMENT <br /> Beginning during Mobilization, trucks and trailers used for the purpose of transporting debris will be measured by <br /> The City of Sunny Isles Beach or representative thereof. DRC will provide appropriate measurement forms as <br /> specified by The City of Sunny Isles Beach. <br /> 1 MOBILIZATION-EMERGENCY DEBRIS ROAD CLEARANCE(PUSH) <br /> This operation is accomplished when time is of the essence,normally within the first 70(plus or minus)hours after an <br /> event. Although this is a time critical operation, safety of personnel and the general public is paramount to a <br /> successful operation. Extreme caution must be exercised <br /> during this phase of the debris management operation to DRC Emergency Services, LLC <br /> avoid downed live electrical wires and other such dangerous Contract# <br /> circumstances. Once this task is accomplished, or coinciding Location <br /> with the progress of this task, debris removal from public Cubic Yard Load Ticket <br /> easements,property and rights-of-way begins. <br /> No. 132191 <br /> As tasked by The City of Sunny Isles Beach,DRC will provide Age"`Y 1n1t1a18 Zone/Area <br /> Emergency Road Clearance which involves the emergency <br /> clearing, cutting, tossing and/or pushing of debris from the Mileage <br /> Date: <br /> primary transportation routes to the medians or sides of the <br /> 1 public rights-of-way (ROW). Under direction of The City of Time: <br /> Sunny Isles Beach, DRC crews will work independently or in Crew No.: Pick-Up <br /> ocatiion: <br /> conjunction with The City of Sunny Isles Beach crews to <br /> temporarily clear debris from pre-designated critical arteries to Cubic Yard Total: <br /> facilitate the movement of emergency vehicles and other Truck No.: Truck <br /> Capacity: <br /> critical traffic in the immediate aftermath of a disaster. Only a Materials: <br /> 1 single lane is usually cleared at first with the additional lanes ❑ vegetative Miles <br /> beingcleared accordingto the needs and requirements of the ❑ C + D ❑ 0- 15 <br /> q 0 White Goods ❑ 16 -30 <br /> affected community. In addition, entrances and routes to 0 OTHER ❑ 31- 50 <br /> 1 hospitals and emergency service facilities, such as fire and Comments: <br /> police departments, are given priority during this emergency <br /> debris and fallen tree clearance period.The equipment utilized <br /> in this operation can include,but is not limited to: large rubber Signatures: <br /> tired loaders with grapples or rakes; small bobcat type loaders Agency: <br /> to access narrow areas; and other specialized clearing DRC ES, LLC: <br /> equipment as may be required by local conditions. _ <br /> Additionally, service trucks for maintenance and/or fuel and <br /> vehicles for personnel transportation and supervision are required.
