I DRC will provide the following assistance: I • Recovery process documentation-create recovery process documentation plan • Maintain documentation of recovery process • Provide written and oral status reports as requested to the City of Sunny Isles Beach Debris Management Monitor • Review documentation for accuracy and quantity • Assist in preparation of claim documentation SDRC will provide all requested information to the Debris Management Monitor that is necessary for proper documentation and understands that copies of complete and accurate records are required for the receipt of federal I funds and must be supplied to the City. DRC will work closely with FEMA and other applicable State and Federal agencies to ensure that eligible debris collection and data documenting appropriately address concerns of the likely reimbursement agencies. PROMPT COMPLAINT RESOLUTION Within 24 hours of a damage report,an investigative team will be dispatched to determine the veracity and severity of I the damage report. If validated, damages are repaired as quickly as physically possible, preferably commencing repairs on the day that the report is validated. If a subcontractor is involved,that subcontractor is asked to produce a plan to prevent further occurrences.
