EHrprisos, bc. <br /> DISASTER RESPONSE DIVISION <br /> Submittal of Site Plan and Establish Field Offices and Equipment Staging Area <br /> • After the approval/assignment by clients' representatives of the DMS, the OM, the <br /> site manager and representatives of the client will make a physical review of the site. <br /> Within 12 hours of the location and inspection of the site, a final site plan will be <br /> submitted for approval. The Site Plan shall reflect:(1) access to the site (ingress, <br /> egress) (2) site preparation-clearing, erosion control and grading, (3) traffic control <br /> procedures, (4) safety, (5) segregation of debris, (6) location of ash disposal area, <br /> hazardous material containment area, contractor work area, and inspection tower, (7) <br /> location of vegetative debris dump, (8) location of Mixed Debris and C&D dump, <br /> (9) location of temporary sanitary facilities, (10) location of reduction operations <br /> including incineration operations, chipping operations, (11) location of any existing <br /> structures or sensitive areas requiring protection from smoke, dust, noise and with <br /> awareness to existing traffic conditions (12) location of dump area for debris hauled <br /> from the public or haulers other than TFR with traffic patterns reflected for this area. <br /> Tasks will then be assigned to construct and establish required elements of the site, <br /> such as the inspection tower, hazardous materials containment area, temporary <br /> fencing, etc. <br /> For the purpose of this RFP and for the general understanding of the layout offered by TFR, <br /> included is a general site plan utilized by TFR on previous projects and that directly <br /> addresses the uses outlined above.
