Mr. Kilpatrick was <br /> responsible for collection and disposal eligible debris. He also provided fleet management services to <br /> ensure KDF's operations ran efficiently and effectively. <br /> Wildfire Disaster Debris Program Management (September 2011-13) <br /> Bastrop County, Texas <br /> Project Manager. Following the wildfires in Bastrop County, Mr. Kilpatrick coordinated daily with FEMA <br /> environmental and licensed biological experts due to working in an endangered species habitat. He <br /> also enforced requirements, agreed upon by the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service (USFW) and FEMA, with <br /> the Bastrop County contractor. The project resulted in 750 private property debris removals, the <br /> removal of 30,000 burnt trees, and the removal of 15,000 burnt trees from the right-of-way (ROW). <br /> Hurricane Ike Disaster Debris Program Management (September 2008—September 2010) <br /> City of Galveston, Texas <br /> Project Manager. Mr. Kilpatrick was the project manager for the private property debris removal that <br /> consisted of over 2,600 ROE properties.
