Hurricane Ike Disaster Program Management (September 2008—October 2009) <br /> Galveston County, Texas <br /> Operations Manager. As operations manager, Mr. Kilpatrick assisted with over 3,000 private property <br /> debris removals, the removal of automobiles, e-waste, and salt water killed trees, and assisted with <br /> debris cleanup. Page 14 <br /> Hurricane Wilma Disaster Debris Program Management (July 2005—February 2006) <br /> Monroe County, Florida <br /> Project Manager. Mr. Kilpatrick assisted with the cleanup of navigable waterways surrounding Monroe <br /> County. This included the removal of 30,000 crab traps and marine debris. He also helped the <br /> community comply with all legal requirements for removing and disposing of abandoned vehicles and <br /> boats. During past engagements, Mr. Kilpatrick assisted Monroe County with the due diligence and <br /> management of the removal of over 500 lost or abandoned vessels. <br /> Hurricane Irene Disaster Recovery Services <br /> Dare County, Town of Nags Head, Town of Southern Shores, Town of Manteo, Town of Duck, Town of <br /> Kitty Hawk, Town of Kill Devil Hills, North Carolina <br /> Project Manager. Following Hurricane Irene, Mr. Kilpatrick oversaw debris removal operations, <br /> including the removal of household hazardous waste and e-waste. <br /> Hurricane Katrina Residential Demolition Program <br /> City of New Orleans, Louisiana <br /> Demolition/Debris Management Consultant. Mr. Kilpatrick was part of the project team for the <br /> demolition program with the City of New Orleans. Mr. Kilpatrick worked closely with FEMA officials and <br /> the City of New Orleans Legal Department to ensure legal and regulatory compliance for each property <br /> prior to its demolition. <br /> Hurricane Ike Disaster Recovery Services <br /> City of Manvel, Texas <br /> Project Manager. Following Hurricane Ike, Mr. Kilpatrick oversaw all data management activities and <br /> worked closely with City of Manvel staff to provide regular updates on the quantities and types of <br /> debris collected. <br /> Hurricane Ike Disaster Recovery Services <br /> Hardin County, Texas <br /> Project Manager. Mr. Kilpatrick oversaw the data entry, tabulation, and organization of collection and <br /> disposal data into FEMA-required formats.
