• Each load of debris will be recorded and verified as agreed within the joint <br /> plan and tickets available to the client in daily/weekly reports. Databases <br /> will be closely maintained and reconciled to ensure they are accurate and <br /> available to the client. Once final reconciliation of the truck records has <br /> been made a final invoice will be provided. <br /> Page 16 <br /> • Once first pass, second pass and final pass are completed the site <br /> reclamation plan will be put into effect ensuring appropriate restoration of <br /> the site <br /> • All debris, including reduced debris, will be disposed of in line with <br /> Federal, State and local laws and regulations.
