• <br /> • <br /> Nom= gip : • <br /> SECURITY SERVICE-S <br /> 0 <br /> • INFORMATION <br /> Employees who are required to work before, during and/or after.a hurricane should be <br /> advised of the following: <br /> 1. Plan to arrive at their assigned Post before high winds pose a risk. - <br /> 2. Dress in the Uniform of the Day for their assigned post. Security Officer's <br /> working over 12 hours, may wear a Security t-shirt as assigned by their <br /> Supervisor. <br /> 3. Employee's should bring all necessary toiletry and clean uniform items with them <br /> for 48 hours. <br /> 4. Employees should bring water and food with them. Supplies will be provided by <br /> FPI, but arrival of supplies will be dictated by wind speed and road conditions. <br /> 5. Employees, who are required to work, must report to their respective Supervisor. <br /> • COMMUNICATION <br /> • <br /> Contract Coordinators and Supervisors will be responsible for communicating <br /> individual Post's needs to the Dispatch Center. The same communications protocols that <br /> • are followed on a daily basis will also be followed during disaster. <br /> PROVISION, STORAGE AND UTILIZATION OF KEY SERVICES DURING <br /> HURRICANE <br /> ADDITIONAL SUPPLIES: <br /> FPI will attempt to provide food and water to available posts. Employees should strive to <br /> be self-sufficient, and request any additional supplies before the storm arrives. Supply <br /> requests should be made with the Dispatch Center and relayed to the Road Supervisors, <br /> via telephone, through e-mail, or text message. <br /> Dispatch Center Safety & Safety/Emergency Power <br />
