Landscaping contractor <br /> will be called to trim trees. All dumpsters will be emptied by contractors. <br /> Generators: At Hurricane Watch, generators will be tested; the Dispatch Center <br /> is equipped with-back-up emergency generated power. There is one generator that <br /> services the Dispatch Center and Administrative Offices. Alternate emergency power <br /> sources are available via contractor. Operations Department will assure that three (3) <br /> feet of sand bags protect generators for the Dispatch Center <br /> Gasoline: The Dispatch Center has gas tank capacity for generators of 500 <br /> gallons. This assures sufficient fuel for five (5) days. Operations will assure that all tanks <br /> are filled when a Hurricane Watch has been posted. <br /> Hurricane Post Supply Kits <br /> Typical Post Kit: <br /> ® • 3 Flash Lights D-Size Batteries(Hand Held) <br /> • Spare D-Batteries <br /> • 4 Spare Bulbs <br /> • 10 Rolls 2" masking tape <br /> • 4 Rolls of duct tape <br /> • Fluorescent light sticks <br /> • 1 Box of 30 Gallon Contractor Trash Bags <br /> • First Aid Kit <br /> FPI SECURITY SERVICES <br /> POLICY AND PROCEDURES <br /> SUBJECT: Emergency Preparedness Plan, e.g. Hurricane, Civil Unrest or Disorder <br /> (Security Personnel Responsibilities) <br /> • <br /> Post: All, Including Dispatch Center and Administrative Offices <br /> Approved By: Alexander Perez, President, & CEO <br /> Purpose: To provide plans of action in the event of a weapons of mass destruction <br /> incident and or any localized incident. <br />
