r .• • _.. <br /> - -� SECURI=TY ES - <br /> _ . _ _ <br /> EMPLOYEE SCREENING: <br /> FPI can help the Association conduct a thorough personnel screening. <br /> Some of our services include: <br /> Polygraph Exams <br /> Background Checks <br /> Credit Reports • <br /> Workman's Compensation Checks <br /> DRUG FREE WORK PLACE <br /> FPI is committed to creating and maintaining a drug-free workplace. Our policy now formally states <br /> that substance abuse will not be tolerated. <br /> Employees who are found to be under the influence of illegal drugs or alcohol or who violate this <br /> policy in other ways are subject to disciplinary action including termination. Because of the serious <br /> nature of these violations, each individual case will be thoroughly investigated to determine the <br /> appropriate course of action. Included in this policy is pre-employment screening of all personnel and <br /> random drug and alcohol tests that are done on a regular basis. <br /> INSURANCE <br /> FPI shall furnish to client a Certificate(s) of Insurance, which indicates that insurance coverage <br /> has been obtained which meets the requirement as outlined below: <br /> Workman's Compensation Insurance for all employees of the vendor as required by <br /> Florida Statue 440. <br /> General Liability on a comprehensive basis, including Personal Injury Liability, in an amount not less <br /> than $ 1,000,000 combined single limit per occurrence for bodily injury and property damage. <br /> Excess Liability covering in an amount not less than $1,000,000. <br /> Automobile Liability Insurance covering all owned, non-owned and hired vehicles used in connection <br /> with the work, in an amount up to $1,000,000 combined single limit per occurrence for bodily injury <br /> and property damage. <br /> Terrorism Insurance (where required). <br /> The insurance coverage provided will include those classifications, which most closely reflect the <br /> operations of the vendor. Companies authorized to do business under the laws of the State of Florida <br /> shall issue all insurance policies required above. • <br />
