Some of our services include: Polygraph Exams Background Checks Credit Reports • Workman's Compensation Checks DRUG FREE WORK PLACE FPI is committed to creating and maintaining a drug-free workplace. Our policy now formally states that substance abuse will not be tolerated. Employees who are found to be under the influence of illegal drugs or alcohol or who violate this policy in other ways are subject to disciplinary action including termination. Because of the serious nature of these violations, each individual case will be thoroughly investigated to determine the appropriate course of action. Included in this policy is pre-employment screening of all personnel and random drug and alcohol tests that are done on a regular basis. INSURANCE FPI shall furnish to client a Certificate(s) of Insurance, which indicates that insurance coverage has been obtained which meets the requirement as outlined below: Workman's Compensation Insurance for all employees of the vendor as required by Florida Statue 440. General Liability on a comprehensive basis, including Personal Injury Liability, in an amount not less than $ 1,000,000 combined single limit per occurrence for bodily injury and property damage. Excess Liability covering in an amount not less than $1,000,000. Automobile Liability Insurance covering all owned, non-owned and hired vehicles used in connection with the work, in an amount up to $1,000,000 combined single limit per occurrence for bodily injury and property damage. Terrorism Insurance (where required). The insurance coverage provided will include those classifications, which most closely reflect the operations of the vendor. Companies authorized to do business under the laws of the State of Florida shall issue all insurance policies required above. •
