Hewett-Kier Construction, Inc. has been engaged in government construction continuously since it was established in 1977. It's work has been primarily in the south Florida area; however, Hewett-Kier Construction, Inc. has expanded it's area of operation and is ® currently working for The Department of the Navy and The U. S. Army, Corps of Engineers, in the Florida Panhandle. Hewett-Kier Construction, Inc., as a premier building construction contractor who has successfully engaged in government construction work continuously for over 20 years, is deep in financial and personnel resources, is intimately acquainted with all of the modern construction technology and is equipped with the latest computer controls which is a splendid compliment to it's "muddy boots" contractor capability. Home office support for estimating, purchasing, accounting and administration is provided from the 4,000 sq. ft. home office it occupies at 1888 N. w. 23rd Street, Pompano Beach, Florida. Jim Hewett, the Owner and President of Hewett-Kier Construction, Inc. will be the Principal-In-Charge. The construction field operations will be under the direction of Craig Colligan who has been directing work for Hewett-Kier Construction, Inc. for the past eight years and who has been involved in the construction industry for over 20 years. Mr. Colligan is the Vice President in charge of Construction Operations for Hewett-Kier Construction, Inc. Craig Colligan, Hewett-Kier Construction, Inc 's Vice President, Bill Oakman, a senior Hewett-Kier Construction, Inc. project manager and John Mayer, Chief Estimator, all provide input to the project's progress schedule logic diagrams.
