Colligan, Project Executive, will provide direction to <br /> the Project Manager and Estimator involved in this project. William Oakman will be Hewett-Kier <br /> Construction, Inc.'s project manager in charge of the project. He will be responsible for tracking the <br /> design documents, coordinating them with the Owner's representative, the Architect, the <br /> subcontractors, Hewett-Kier Construction, Inc.'s estimator and team members. He will be the point of <br /> contact through which all information will flow between the design team and the construction team. <br /> ill Working under the project manager will be John Mayer, Chief Estimator for Hewett-Kier <br /> Construction, Inc. who, in addition to his duties as manager of subcontracts, will provide estimating <br /> and procurement support as required for the project. Alice Snipes, Hewett-Kier Construction, Inc.'s <br /> Controller will provide all accounting services as required. <br /> The resources available to Hewett-Kier Construction, Inc. are in excess of the work load demands <br /> which will be required for the project. <br /> • <br />
