Task III—Data Analysis and Reports 1. Traffic Memorandum -CGA will summarize the traffic data collection, intersection capacity analysis and crash analysis in a traffic memorandum for submittal to the City of Sunny Isles Beach. This scope of services includes one revision based on a comprehensive review by the City of Sunny Isles Beach. 2. Prepare illustrations of the existing conditions and the summary findings report to serve as a basis for design studies relative to regulatory and physical constraints, opportunities for enhancing the quality and experience of the project, and identifying potential uses, programming and themes to be incorporated into the design. Required clearances for vehicular traffic and its impact on the proposed elevations of the overpass will be assessed. 3. Conduct a peer review of the existing surveys for both Samson Oceanfront Park and the southwest corner of 174th Street and Collins Avenue to include the review of such items as sidewalks, edge of pavement, pavement striping,pavers, walls,concrete, pedestrian crosswalks, curbing, and visible above ground utilities. Visible above ground utilities refer to the visible structures (e.g., manholes, valve boxes, inlets, etc.)typically associated with storm drainage, sanitary sewer, potable water, electric, gas, telephone and cable television. Deliverable:Revisions to Traffic Memorandum Summary, preparation of existing conditions illustrations and peer review of surveys. Task IV—Conceptual Design Reports 1. Prepare preliminary design illustrations in coordination with City staff, sketches and illustrations to explore and develop a site plan, sections, 3d model and conceptual design detailing for the park overpass. The preliminary design illustrations will include the necessary graphics to convey the design and experience of the proposal being presented. 2. Prepare a Preliminary Conceptual Design Package (Graphics and Brief Summary Memo) to be issued to the City for review and comment. SAC #2—Meeting to review the contents of the Preliminary Conceptual Design Package, discuss the proposed improvements and get input for further design direction for finalization of the concept design. 3. A Workshop will be held at which the Conceptual Design will be presented. Community feedback will be taken in order to incorporate the feedback into the final conceptual design. Deliverable:Preliminary design illustrations, SAC #2 meeting minutes and Workshop meeting minutes to reflect outcomes from community input. Task V—Conceptual Design Renderings 1.
