<br />Erdman Anthony is providing engineering services to design the rehabilitation program for pavements, water, sewer, and draina ge
<br />systems. Services to be provided include civil design to add water quality treatment in the form of exfiltration trenches, to analyze
<br />the size of the outfall pipes, and to interconnect the drainage network to improve its function. Services also involve the de sign of
<br />outfall control structures along with the associated permitting as needed to upgrade the existing drainage system. Th e project also
<br />involves roadway reconstruction. As Project Manager, Ms. Gillette led the public involvement effort which involved a public meeting
<br />to present the project, answer questions, and meet individually with residents.

<br />The project includes a full depth reconstruction of the roadways, replacement of curb/gutters and sidewalks, and replacement of
<br />watermains. The existing asbestos-cement watermains will be grout filled and abandoned in place. New water service lines will be
<br />installed to the existing meters in the sidewalks. Our design includes a detailed review of the grading of the roadways, back of
<br />sidewalks, and driveways to ensure that no drainage issues result after construction. Ms . Gillette serves as Project Manager.

<br />Responsible for the survey, design, permitting, preparation of construction plans, construction observation, and certificatio n for the
<br />replacement of sanitary sewer pumping stations. Ms. Gillette researched the easement conditions, existing facilities, the anticipated
<br />water and sewer demands for the contributing areas and the existing flows into the stations. She then designed the replacemen t
<br />stations to meet the current City criteria. Ms. Gillette coordinated with City staff and the neighboring communities regarding the
<br />locations of the proposed improvements, prepared sketch and legal descriptions for the required easements, permitted the
<br />improvements through the County Health Department. One of the stations also included the addition of a force main interconnect to
<br />improve flow, head and odor. Ms. Gillette performed the hydraulic analysis for the interconnect, obtained subsurface utility locates
<br />for the proposed route, and obtained FDOT approval for the utility within their right of way. She assisted with the bidding, and
<br />provided construction observation and certification services. Ms. Gillette served as Project Manager/Civil Engineer.

<br />Project for the SFWMD included design and preparation of construction drawings and specifications for this $5M spillway. Design was
<br />completed with a preliminary submittal and final submittal to help the District meet a consent order deadline for producing f inal
<br />plans. Responsibilities included detailed design report to document the project decision making process, 2 presentations to the
<br />management team, and responding to peer comments from the District technical review team. Ms. Gillette was the Project Manager.

<br />Erdman Anthony designed a two-mile section of 36-inch raw water main for the City of Boynton Beach from Military Trail to Congress
<br />Avenue. Factors such as utility impacts, safety, maintenance of traffic, impacts to the community, permitting, construction c osts, and
<br />operational costs were considered. The Woolbright Road route includes a section with a bridge over Quail Covey Road. As Project
<br />Manager, Ms. Gillette was responsible for design, plans, specifications, permitting, and construction certification.
