<br />As the Principal-in-Charge, Mr. Merritt had been in charge of a wide range of general surveying including baseline stakeout, ground
<br />control surveying, boundary surveys, right-of-way surveys, topographic surveys to create digital terrain models, cross-section
<br />surveys, wetland location surveys, field stake-out of test boring, GPS surveys, mapping and verification surveys, control surveys, plat
<br />reviews, and construction surveys. Over 60 work orders have been completed to date. In addition to the above services, Erdman
<br />Anthony has also performed these services under this contract: drainage surveys; roadway surveys; construction layout; platting;
<br />CADD conversions; and sketch and legal descriptions.

<br />Erdman Anthony is the sole provider of GIS Data Collection Services to the Village of Royal Palm Beach. The objective of thes e
<br />services is to work with the Village, contractors, and private developers to incorporate newly constructed or modified featur es into
<br />the GIS schema. This enables staff to add this data to the Village’s GIS database. As a part of its GIS program, the Village works to
<br />continually update and maintain accurate GIS data for critical infrastructure layers. These layers include property bo undaries,
<br />impervious surfaces, buildings, roadways, stormwater features, water utilities, and wastewater features. Mr. Merritt held the
<br />position of Principal-in-Charge for this contract.

<br />Provided design surveying for a 1.0 mile section of Royal Palm Beach Boulevard. This included setting primary horizontal and vertical
<br />control, detailed topographic/digital terrain modeling and right of way establishment. Also included was 2 offsite boundary and
<br />topographic surveys at locations needed for the design of new ponds. Responsibilities included survey project management, field
<br />data collection and post processing.

<br />As Principal-in-Charge, Mr. Merritt provided supervision of a wide range of general surveying, including ground control surveying,
<br />right-of-way surveys, topographic surveys to create digital terrain models, and cross-section surveys. These projects were identified
<br />to provide flood protection and ensure compliance with discharge limitations stipulated by the surface water management permit
<br />issued by the South Florida Water Management District. More than 15 projects have been completed.

<br />As Principal-in-Charge, Mr. Merritt provided GIS support for the mapping and inspection of all the storm water structures and
<br />culverts owned by the city. Over 1400 structures were collected within the geodatabase. The ESRI of online feature services and
<br />mapping for the cloud based distributed were used. The data collected will be used to update the city’s maintenance plan.
