<br />Ms. Dalton began practicing civil engineering in Palm Beach County in 1987 and has served as project engineer and project manager on
<br />various civil and infrastructure projects. Her responsibilities included agency coordination; road design and review; environ mental
<br />reports, surveys and permitting; utility coordination and relocations; bidding and construct ion of projects; contract administration; and
<br />drafting supervision. Projects have included design, coordination and construction of pavements; surface water management and
<br />drainage systems; environmental mitigation; and water/sewer installations.

<br />This project is a complete re-design of the neighborhood infrastructure. Design included removing and replacing the gravity sewer ,
<br />mains, services; removing portions of and replacing water mains, services; replacing and removing/abandoning the existing force
<br />main; improving the existing drainage system; and adding water quality and control. Ms. Dalton serves on the project as a civil
<br />engineer by providing preparation of the specifications, project management and administrative duties.

<br />The project includes a full depth reconstruction of the roadways, replacement of curb/gutters and sidewalks, and replacement of
<br />watermains. The existing asbestos-cement watermains will be grout filled and abandoned in place. New water service lines will be
<br />installed to the existing meters in the sidewalks. Our design includes a detailed review of the grading of the roadways, back of
<br />sidewalks, and driveways to ensure that no drainage issues result after construction. Ms. Gillette serves as Civil Engineer.

<br />Responsible for the roadway design, engineering survey, and plans preparation for the construction and expansion of two to four
<br />lanes for 1.3 miles. As a Project Engineer, Ms. Dalton designed, and prepared construction plans related to the road cross secti ons,
<br />determining parcel acquisition, storm water management including pond sizing, drainage design, horizontal and vertical pipe
<br />placement, utility pole placements and relocations, utility pipe placements and relocations, tree surveys, vegetation and
<br />environmental permits.

<br />Coleman Park is a city project for the development of conceptual and schematic designs for a new gymnasium building on a 3.5 -acre
<br />park site. This project includes an extensive public outreach effort which involves taking questions, identifying public need and taking
<br />input for incorporation into the design. Conceptual design includes building plans and site engineering: grading, drainage, water
<br />and sewer. Ms. Dalton is serving as the civil engineer on the team.

<br />Project for the SFWMD includes the design and preparation of construction plans and specifications for this $14M gated water
<br />control spillway. Project includes a multi-discipline engineering design team comprised of civil, geotechnical, structural, mechanical
<br />and electrical engineers as well as experts from SFWMD and the USACE including hydrology and hydraulics. Ms. Dalton is serving as
<br />Civil Engineer providing work on project reporting which includes design, value engineering and project status.
