<br />Kevin serves as the project manager for this overhead electric and communication line utility conversion project which will also
<br />relocate and upgrade the existing water services within the project area. Once completed, our design will install new conduit
<br />and associated structures, equipment pads, pedestals and new decorative street lighting along the project corridor. We are
<br />placing the main conduit trench within the center turn lane to reduce traffic control requirements and disruption to drivers. This
<br />project connects to the previously completed utility conversion project from Sea Mountain Highway to 29th Avenue North.

<br />Kevin served as project manager for this utility conversion project. This conversion consisted of relocating overhead electric
<br />and communication lines to an underground conduit system along North Ocean Boulevard from Sea Mountain Highway to
<br />29th Avenue North. This project was a joint effort in conjunction with the City of North Myrtle Beach, Santee Cooper Electric
<br />Cooperative, Horry Telephone Cooperative, Time Warner Cable and Frontier Communications. The project also involved the
<br />relocation and upgrade of the existing water service within the project area. This project is furthering the goal of removing and
<br />relocating overhead utility lines and improving the overall aesthetics of the Ocean Boulevard corridor.

<br />Kevin was the project manager for the engineering design and construction engineering services required for intersection
<br />improvements and utility conversion at 6th Avenue South and US 17 in the City of North Myrtle Beach. The utility conversion
<br />consisted of relocating overhead electric and telecommunication lines to an underground conduit system. This was a joint effort
<br />in conjunction with local utility providers. The intersection improvements were federally-funded and managed through a Local
<br />Participation Agreement between SCDOT and the City of North Myrtle Beach. Improvements consisted of the addition of turn
<br />lanes along 6th Avenue South, signalization upgrades, drainage and streetscape improvements. As the project manager, Kevin’s
<br />responsibilities included overseeing survey, drainage and utility design, environmental documentation and permitting, landscape
<br />architecture and construction engineering.
