<br />experience with both large-scale private and public-sector projects. The staff combines the technical work experience of
<br />over 100 professionals, each with an extensive working knowledge of local and regional projects. Subsurface utility
<br />engineering provides accurate mapping of existing underground utilities, eliminating the need to “find out the hard way”
<br />that plotted utility information was inaccurate. Performed during the project design process, subsurface utility engineers
<br />can help utility owners, designers, engineers and contractors avoid conflicts or project delays. Their staff has the
<br />expertise required to deliver accurate utility information needed to make informed decisions and minimize risk. KEITH’s
<br />landscape architecture department specialized in the creative fusion of architecture, landscape architecture and the
<br />environment. Offering in-house landscape architecture design capabilities, ISA certified arborist and certified landscape
<br />inspector provides a comprehensive unified team.
<br />Terracon will provide geotechnical engineering. The firm is a 100 percent employee-owned consulting engineering firm
<br />providing quality services to clients. Since 1965, Terracon has evolved into a successful multi-discipline firm specializing
<br />in geotechnical, environmental, facilities and materials. Terracon has been providing services for state and local
<br />governments in Florida through continuing services contracts since the early 1990’s. Headquartered in Olathe, KS, the
<br />firm has ten office locations in Florida and currently hold over 100 continuing services (geotechnical, construction
<br />testing and inspection, building inspection, and environmental assessments) with more than 85 different governmental
<br />agencies in Florida including, but not limited to, South Florida Water Management District, Florida Department of
<br />Transportation, Palm Beach County, School District of Palm Beach County, City of West Palm Beach, City of Lake Worth,
<br />City of Palm Beach Gardens, Village of Royal Palm Beach. Terracon has furnished services under these contracts for
<br />various types of municipal projects ranging from utilities to roadways to landfills to waterfront projects.
