Erdman Anthony’s success is based on strong project management that has been driven by continued corporate growth. Coordination between Erdman Anthony and the City will be maintained through an effective consultant -client communication policy. Erdman Anthony’s Project Manager, Dana I. Gillette, PE, will develop administrative procedures such as the organization of the project, its implementation, and the management of the work progress. She will be available to the City throughout the course of the contract. The project manager will initiate all communication between our team and the City. Ms. Gillette will also facilitate further between members of the team through continuous direct access to key staff. We are very excited about the opportunity to work with the City and would not pursue this contract if we did not have adequate availability and resources to perform the work to our own high expectations. Erdman Anthony has proven our ability to deliver challenging projects in a timely and quality manner. Our West Palm Beach office offers the project management experience needed to lead our Team’s services, and a staff of experienced engineers and construction inspection personnel that has successfully completed similar professional services for local municipalities and state agencies. The proposed staff of the Erdman Anthony/Mead & Hunt Team currently have availability. We are committed to providing the necessary human and equipment resources to complete this project for Sunny Isles Beach in accordance with the schedule we develop with City staff. We are sensitive to our clients’ schedules and would not be pursuing this contract if we were not capable of and committed to completing it. We project staff utilization, based on actual backlog of current contracts, in advance and we are certain that the staff is competent and available for this contract. We have thought through our approach to assigning staff to complete this contract on schedule.
