CITY OF SUNNY ISLES BEACH – CONSULTING ENGINEERING SERVICES FOR GOLDEN SHORES <br />UTILITY UNDERGROUNDING AND ROADWAY IMPROVEMENTS (CCNA) - RFQ NO. 18-08-01 <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />SECTION E - QUALIFICATION INFORMATION AND ASSIGNED PERSONNEL <br /> <br />Street/Roadway <br />Craven Thompson & Associates, Inc. (CTA) is working on or has recently completed (within <br />the past ten (10) years) the design and permitting of a significant number of roadway <br />projects including: <br />▪ 6th Avenue South Roadway and Streetscape Improvements, Lake Worth <br />▪ Floranada Avenue Traffic Calming Improvements, Oakland Park <br />▪ Davie CRA Parking Areas <br />▪ NE 5th Avenue Streetscape, Oakland Park <br />▪ NE 34th Court Complete Streets Project, Oakland Park <br />▪ NW 38th Street Complete Streets Project, Oakland Park <br />▪ Miramar Historic Area Complete Streets – Phase II, Miramar <br />▪ NW 21st Avenue, Broward County <br />▪ SW 41st Place, Davie <br />▪ Roadway improvements involving: North M Street, North K Street, North F Street, North J <br />Street, 11th Avenue North, and 15th Avenue North, Lake Worth <br />Additionally, we have just completed the design of intersection traffic calming improvements <br />to the following intersections in 2015 for the City of North Miami: <br />▪ NW 123rd Street/NW Miami Court <br />▪ NW 123rd Street/NW 1st Court <br />▪ NW 139th Terrace/NW 5th Court <br />These roadways included utilities such as sanitary and water, and drainage improvements. <br />In addition, we surveyed, designed, permitted and provided CEI services for hundreds of <br />miles of reconstructed roadway in our Neighborhood Improvement Projects. <br />Stormwater/Storm Sewer/Drainage <br />CTA has prepared master plans, conceptual <br />permits, and studies. We have designed, <br />permitted, bid and managed the construction of <br />thousands of acres of stormwater infrastructure <br />improvements. CTA understands the importance <br />of flood protection measures, as standing water <br />promotes unhealthy conditions as well as inhibits <br />essentials services from accessing the area. <br />Within the past ten (10) years CTA has prepared <br />comprehensive stormwater management plans for <br />the Cities of Aventura, Hallandale Beach, Sunrise, <br />Miami Gardens, Greenacres, the Town of Davie, <br />and the Study Area #1 modification for Pompano Beach. In addition, we are the drainage <br />engineers for Tindall Hammock Irrigation and Soil Conservation District (THISCD), and the <br />E | Page 5
