<br />CTA has not only designed, permitted, bid and constructed over a million feet of pipe, but we
<br />have provided accurate estimating of construction costs which is a critical aspect in
<br />appropriating proper funding for these projects. CTA has estimated, on average,
<br />construction costs to within 6% of the actual Bid Cost.
<br />SURVEYING AND MAPPING
<br />Providing Surveying services has been, and continues to be, an important portion of CTA’s
<br />business since 1962. Through selection and training of personnel and a program to obtain
<br />the best equipment available, we have developed a skilled and technically equipped
<br />Surveying Department, capable of conducting
<br />almost any type of survey. We are qualified and
<br />certified by the State of Florida, Department of
<br />Natural Resources, for both horizontal and
<br />vertical control for Second Order accuracy. In
<br />addition to conventional boundary topographic
<br />and construction surveys, we have the
<br />experience to provide the latest in 3D Laser
<br />Scanning - High Definition Surveying, Geodetic
<br />Control, PLSS Retracement, Hydrographic,
<br />Cadastral, Photogrammetric Control, Right-of-
<br />Way and Construction Surveys.
<br />Over the years, we have provided surveying services to over twenty-five municipalities and
<br />the following governmental and quasi-governmental agencies, including:
