He has 15 years of experience serving as a project engineer on various municipal <br />projects throughout Southeast Florida. He has provided designs that include HVAC systems <br />for water plant safe rooms, ventilation and boiler system designs for condominiums, sound <br />attenuated generator rooms, fleet fueling stations, stormwater and sanitary pump stations, and <br />a variety of civil engineering projects. Jason is a fourth generation Floridian; his family has lived in <br />Palm Beach County since his great grandfather first homesteaded land on Torry Island. <br />Alan Garri, P.E. | Mechanical Engineering <br />Alan is a senior project manager with more than 16 years of experience in water, wastewater, <br />drainage, and roadway design. His water resources expertise includes pump station design, <br />water quality, stormwater management, drainage design, sewer design, and hydrology. Alan <br />has experience with civil engineering, roadway design, transportation engineering, geotechnical <br />engineering, construction management, and land development. He has provided project <br />management, site plans, feasibility studies, contract management, environmental permitting, <br />grading design, erosion control, and construction management. <br />Noel Ramirez, P.E. | Structural Engineering <br />Noel Ramirez is a structural engineer with six years of experience in creating repair documents, <br />designing metal decks, elevator core, and developing internal peer reviews for structural repairs <br />along with establishing a foundation design. His software experience includes SAFE, ETABS, <br />RISA 3D, REVIT, AutoCAD, MathCAD, ANSYS, and MS Office. Noel’s project experience includes <br />Brickell City Centre for the City of Miami; North Bay Village Baywalk Plaza Area Design; Galleria <br />Mall Condition Assessments and Restoration for the City of Fort Lauderdale; and Megastron <br />Phase 1 on Kirkman Road in the City of Orlando. <br />Mike Parsons | Construction Phase Services <br />Michael is a construction professional with 17 years of experience overseeing all phases of <br />multimillion-dollar construction, infrastructure, utility, and environmental projects for government <br />and private-sector clients. His experience includes working on the Town-wide undergrounding <br />of utilities project in Palm Beach and managing crews of up to 50 in highway improvements, <br />commercial site development, underground utility installation, and a variety of other construction/ <br />demolition projects. Michael’s experience is backed by strong credentials and a proven history of <br />on-time, on-budget, and high-quality project completions.
