His expertise is in the fields of transportation, water <br />and sanitary sewer transmission lines, stormwater, concrete construction, roadway and site <br />development. Edward has proven ability to manage multiple active construction projects, <br />performs other engineering tasks such as cost estimates, quantity take-offs, specifications, <br />constructability reviews and construction administration. Additionally, he possesses strong <br />leadership skills, interpersonal and communications skills, and is a practical problem solver. <br />Faisal Awan, P.E. | Public Involvement <br />Faisal has 16 years of experience in the design and preparation of construction plans for <br />municipal arterials and high-speed limited access facilities in Florida. He has extensive experience <br />in public outreach and interagency coordination. His experience also includes design and <br />preparation of construction plans, including roadway geometrics, cross-sections, and drainage <br />and grading plans. He is proficient with MicroStation, Geopak, ASAD, ICPR, AUTO Turn, ArcGIS, <br />LOS Plan, and AGI 32.
