CAS <br />has recently helped the Town complete a drainage and roadway <br />improvements project on SW 30th Avenue as part of their overall Stormwater <br />Master Plan. Recently completed a comprehensive flood study that allowed <br />the Town to successfully appeal FEMA's flood insurance rate maps and <br />reduce insurance premiums for property owners. <br />Projects that CAS has completed for the Town in the past include forcemain, <br />drainage and roadway improvements for SW 52nd Avenue, forcemain <br />improvements on Hallandale Beach Boulevard, the design and oversight of <br />four major stormwater pumping station (including a JPA project with FDOT <br />and City of Hallandale Beach on the 1-95 pumping station), and the conversion <br />of 27 sanitary sewer lift stations to submersible pump stations CAS has <br />assisted the Town in obtaining various grants through FDOT LAP projects, <br />CDBG and Rural Development. The project also includes a proposed <br />stormwater system on SW 1St Avenue and SW 1st Court.
