Staffing <br /> <br />Relevant experience and qualifications of key personnel, including key personnel of <br />subcontractors, that will be assigned to this project as well as experience and <br />qualifications. The size and experience of the company staff pool from which staff assigned to the <br />contract can be drawn. The composition of the staff team should include: <br /> <br />The names of the employees in the area responsible for this contract <br />Their function in the company <br />The name of the person who will be responsible for the coordination of work <br /> <br />D. APPROACH / METHODOLOGY <br /> Proposer’s approach methodology to providing the services requested in this solicitation <br /> <br /> Suitability of the methodologies and approaches used in achieving tasks <br /> Overall organization to completing the project <br /> Ability to meet desired timelines and deadlines <br /> <br />F. Contractor’s References and Similar Work Completed <br /> <br />This section shall provide the number of years of experience of the Firm in the specified work <br />areas and examples of similar services with applicable reference information, with emphasis on <br />similar government projects and/or services in similar climates. Respondents must submit a <br />Qualification Statement. Respondents must provide at least three (3) references of work within <br />the last five (5) years, preferably from government agencies. Do not include in your references <br />any former or current employee of the City. Provide a resume for all proposed personnel on the <br />Respondent’s team that will be assigned to the Contract to meet the requirements of the <br />Solicitation documents. The resume shall concentrate on the person’s experience and <br />qualifications as it relates to the requirements for the services. Concentrate only on those <br />services rendered by the Firm within the past five (5) years, which mostly match the scope of <br />services. <br /> <br />In all illustrations of experience, indicate specifically the nature and extent of the work performed <br />by the individuals or firms on prior similar services. The title and a brief description of each <br />project and/or service shall include: <br /> <br />a. Client Name, Address, Contact, Phone and Fax Numbers and valid e-mail address; <br />b. Project Title; <br />c. Description of work performed, including the project location; and <br />d. Year completed. <br /> <br />G. Corporate Standing and Authorized Signatory <br />Respondent must demonstrate that the company is in good standing and that the person signing <br />this submittal is an Authorized Signatory on behalf of the respondent to sign bids, proposals,
